We accept the
bank details of most of the banks. However, the withdrawal is not
possible in:

- Click on the "forgot password?" option under login.
- Enter your registered email address or username and click on continue.
- You will receive an email addressing your username.
- No, the username associated with an account, once created, can not be changed. In the online gaming community, all the reputation a player builds is directly linked with the username. Changing the username will allow the user to disguise his/her reputation. Hence, such a change is not allowed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
- You can change it in a whiff! Just login to your rummybo application, tap on the avatar and open 'My Profile' from the following menu. You will see the genders there which you can select and exit the page. Your Gender will be updated.
- Yes, the phone number can be changed by emailing [email protected] from your registered email id with a subject: " Request to change Mobile number" & mention the New Mobile Number along with a reason or you can also chat with us.
Note: Please make sure the New Mobile Number should not be registered with rummybo.com previously.
- The date of Birth once entered while updating your profile cannot be changed. However if you have entered the wrong date of birth while updating your profile, then it can be changed by emailing [email protected] from your registered email with a subject: "Request to update Date of Birth" & mention the DOB along with a reason or you can also chat with us.
Note: Before rectifying your DOB, please ensure that the KYC is verified in your account. DOB should match with your KYC and also it should be 18+.
- Once the Email address is verified, it cannot be changed.
In case the email address is not verified, then you will get the option to update the correct or valid email address.

ACCOUNT BALANCE
The Balance is divided into 3 parts which are as follows:
- Winnings: Any amount that is wagered on the tables, or is won in ring games or tournaments is added to your winnings balance. This component is given first preference while taking a seat in a ring game or buying in a tournament. It is withdrawable and there will be a 30% TDS on your net winnings at the time of Withdrawal. TDS will NOT be deducted from a player's deposit amount.
- Real Cash Bonus: Players earn Real Cash Bonus through various games, promotions & deposit offers. These chips are not directly withdrawable but can be converted to withdrawable/winnings after you use them on the ring games.
